There is also a balcony to enjoy the view of downtown Toronto from the 22nd floor! The space This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. 2 Bathrooms with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home. Guest access -Metro Toronto Convention Centre is a 15-minute walk away. -Paid underground parking (in/out privileges) is available upon a request and not included in the price. - Union subway and railway station is just a 10-minute walk from the building, which makes it very easy to get around without a car. -A lot of main attractions such as the CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium and St. Lawrence Market are less than 20-minutes away on foot. -The Kitchen Table is the closest grocery store, 400m aways. The area also has plenty of restaurants. Other things to note -All guests are required to pay a $500 security/damage deposit prior to check-in. The deposit is refunded within 7 days after check-out unless damage, smoking or excessive noise occurs during your stay, in which case damage deposit will not be refunded. -We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti-fraud measure. -Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in. -Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building.
