Bespoke, Cosy & Private! Located in a quiet safe residential area on the outskirts of Bournemouth within my garden. MV Cabin is bespoke, designed for two people, lovely open countryside views from its large Private rear decking complete with a dreamy outdoor roll top bath. PLEASE NOTE DRIVE TO…. Beaches & Town Centre 20 min. Tesco store 5 min with EV charging. New Forest 20 min Poole Quay 20 min Durdle Door 35 min Walk to local pub 10 min. Drive to several really lovely food pubs 10 min The space The Cabin is located away from my house next to my large pond, exclusive to the cabin is a large completely private rear decking area with fully Plumbed in Roll Top bath, perfect for relaxing with bubbles & star gazing. The cabin is in my garden at the rear of my house, I am in a residential area, the nearest pub is a 10 min walk, most areas of interest are within easy reach by car from my house. Please consider this if you wish for a more livelier setting without having to drive to those locations. I also have the odd plane flying over on take off & landing from Bournemouth Airport, this can start as early as 6.30am. Entrance is down a fully lit (on sensors) side path beside my house through keypad coded side gate. The Cabin. Completely works perfectly for two, living room/ kitchenette area, please note NO OVEN but portable 2 ring induction hob with pots & pans. Contemporary very comfy two seater leather sofa, Yamaha Bluetooth Amplifier with wall mounted speakers & hand made coffee table. Kitchenette with solid oak worktop, sink, kettle, portable 2 ring induction cooking hob, 2 x cooking pots & small frying pan, toaster, plates, cups, glasses etc. under counter fridge with small freezer. Living room area ideal work space as very calm, peaceful along with solid excellent WiFi. Cosy bedroom with ambient lighting, double bed with memory foam mattress, soft hotel collection cotton bedding, allergen free duvet & pillows. Storage for clothes with wall mounted clothes hanger, Wall mounted 50 inch smart TV, bring your Netflix or Prime details and use with TV, fast WiFi throughout the cabin. USB charge points either side of bed, Board games stored in cupboard. Ironing board stored under bed with iron under sink in cupboard. Modern bathroom with huge walk in thermostatic shower, rain fall shower head & standard shower head. Contemporary back to wall toilet & wash basin. Cruelty Free Body wash, shampoo, conditioner located in shower from dispenser. Huge cotton bath/shower towels, cotton spa style dressing gowns. Please note the cabin unfortunately does not accept pets. The large rear decking is completely private and its use is for the cabin only, it faces out to trees & open meadow land, deck has 100% complete privacy as not over looked from any direction, although you may see the odd deer in the fields below looking up at you 😊. The outdoor roll top bath is a treat, fully plumbed in and nothing quite like it ! Great rear deck for star gazing, or just simply taking it easy with a coffee sat at the bistro table & chairs style seating, or topping up the tan on one of the two sun loungers provided. . Cabin has its own thermostat controlled heating system, fully insulated and soundproofed, creates a very warm in winter & cooler in summer peaceful space. Free parking on site ! Guest access Access is down a side path through a key pad access gate (code given the day prior to arrival) next to my house. There are steps leading down to the cabin, you will cross/walk on to a large decking area next to my large pond, this area is for access to the cabin, your more than welcome to look at the fish and pond. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE, from November through until April the outside bathtub may be unusable and off line due to freezing temperatures, this simply can’t be helped in freezing If you have a birthday or anniversary celebration surprise please ask about cabin being decorated prior to your arrival. Any stays over 3 nights I will always look to see if I can offer a better deal so please get in touch. The decking when wet can be slippery, please take care when it’s wet. The two doors leading out to rear private decking are tilt and turn doors, these can be confusing if not used before, I like to send a little video before you arrive on parking, entry, use of tilt & turn doors and a quick show round cabin. I also have several cats, if your not a cat person I completely understand, but please be nice to them if they want to say hello, two are timid but one loves everyone and will probably want to say hello and might try and enter the cabin, please gently shoo him away if this happens. Several planes will flyover cabin on take off & landing as I am on the flight path to Bournemouth Airport, however it’s not like Heathrow or Gatwick busy. I have a Bluetooth Yamaha amplifier in cabin to connect your phone to so no need to bring your own speaker. If you have Netflix or Prime bring your details so you can use the smart TV to watch movies etc, please remember to log out once you have used the service.
