Modern accommodation with jetty and swimming

Newly-built house located next to our residential house but demarcated and with its own spaces. We hang out mostly on the other side, but of course we'll say hello if we see you on the balcony. Little dog will probably say hello too. Take the path down to the jetty and swim or walk to Henån's lively center with shops and several restaurants. Close to forest and land and a perfect starting point for day trips by bus or car to the pearls of the Bohuskusten. The space Entrance via glazed entrance with panoramic windows with privacy protection. High ceiling height with skylights controlled via remote control. Modern, fresh bathroom is accessed by sliding door. Choose if you want to sleep in a separate bedroom that is reached via the terrace or inside the living room in a new, nice and comfortable sofa bed. The loft is a great place to stow away the packing. You can also sleep there. There is new modern and effective blackout in all windows. Guest access There is no other accommodation in the house but one part of the house consists of a storage room with entrance from the opposite side. This part is not included. Other things to note Additional information about the sleeping areas: Choose if you want to sleep in the separate bedroom with entrance that is accessed via the balcony. This bedroom is small but well-planned with a built-in bunk bed in the widths 140, 90 and 70. Small openable window with privacy protection/blackout. It is also possible to sleep inside the living area where there is a new and comfortable sofa bed. The skylight including its blackout is controlled by remote control. Gas grill is available. Towels and sheets are included.
