Nestled in a private 2-hectare estate, the house offers comfort, privacy, and practicality for a relaxing stay, surrounded by nature. The estate features two semi-detached houses, completely independent and separated by a thick hedge, ensuring total privacy. The house includes 4 large suites, each with a double bed, spacious wardrobes with shelves and hanging space, and a private bathroom (3 with showers, 1 with a bathtub). The master suite also includes a sofa that can sleep one adult or two children. One bedroom is on the ground floor, the other three are upstairs. The living areas are spacious and well-designed: - A bright living room with a working fireplace for winter evenings, - A Berber-style corner for cozy gatherings, - A welcoming dining area with a sideboard, - A fully equipped kitchen, - And for entertainment: billiards and ping-pong table. Outdoors, you’ll enjoy a comfortable lounge area under a shaded pergola, a large garden with olive trees, a generous swimming pool with loungers and umbrellas, and a brand-new pétanque court, shared between guests – the perfect chance to make new acquaintances, if you wish. On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by Mohamed, our trusted caretaker on site. He’ll also be available throughout your stay should you need anything. Guest access The house is located at km 19 on the road to Ourika. Access is via an unpaved road, easily drivable, taking about 5 minutes. The entrance to this road is 1 km past the Pickalbatros hotel – Aquafun, a well-known landmark along the way. We will coordinate your arrival with you and inform Mohamed, who will meet you in front of the water park and guide you to the house. Access to the property and the house is secured by entry codes, which will be shared with you the day before your arrival.
