Here's what you'll find: GROUND LEVEL: KITCHEN/PATIO AREA: - French doors open out to front patio w/ seating and propane bbq - Large center island w/ barstool seating for 4 - Dining table w/ seating for 10 - Fully stocked kitchen w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware - All major appliances; small appliances - Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (coffee filters, napkins, plastic wrap, etc.) LIVING AREA: - Large sofa - Cable & Streaming TV BEDROOM #1: King Bed; TV (streaming) BATHROOM #1: Step-in shower UPPER LEVEL: BEDROOM #2: Queen Bed; TV (streaming) BEDROOM #3: 2 Queen Bunk Bed; TV (streaming) BATHROOM #2: Large stand-alone bathtub, step-in shower LINENS: Bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee and are attractively installed. OUTDOOR LIVING: - Ground level front patio with outdoor table & seating - propane gas bbq grill ALSO INCLUDED: - WIFI - heating - 4 low-profile beach chairs - hair dryer; iron/ironing board - starter supplies: liquid hand soap; dish soap; dishwasher caps; sponge; kitchen trash bags; 2-4 rolls toilet paper; 1 paper towel roll (guests must supply additional amounts, along with their own personal toiletries/shampoo/conditioner) DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. PARKING: One space in the shared garage. Small to mid-size vehicles. Access via rear alley. General neighborhood street parking when available. LAUNDRY: Laundry facilities in the unit. Guests must provide their own supplies. RECREATIONAL GEAR: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, and portable high chairs, jogger strollers, rollaway twin beds, etc. Contact us for more information! NOTE: There is a back unit, above the garage, that is off-limits at all times for guests renting the main house. The property owner and guests of owner will be accessing this back unit from time to time, without requiring notice to guests renting the main house, as it is a separate unit to the main house. CITY TAX: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach. SECURITY EQUIPMENT: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances. Check-in Time: 3 p.m. on the arrival date Check-out Time: 10 a.m. on the departure date Remote check-ins are available to guests who provide the host with a photo of their ID and a selfie prior to their Arrival Day. Beachview Realty reserves the right to require an in-office check-in if a guest is not approved by our remote identity verification process. Our Beachview Realty office is open 7 days a week with 24 hour emergency phone access. Lower West Newport The best strategy is to park the car and not use it until your departure! There are several local transportation options (uber, the downtowner shuttle, taxi and more), but the best is on your own two feet or a bicycle. Bus service is nearby as well. There is plenty of fun to be found in the surf and sand (surfing, body boarding, paddle boarding, sun bathing). Easy day excursions can take you to Disneyland/California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and more! Discover world-class shopping at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza--less than a 15-minute drive away. You can rent Beach Cruiser Bicycles from our company and have them delivered to your vacation rental. There is no better way to explore the many beaches, restaurants, bars, and shops than on a bike.
