Escape to our cozy year round family home in private community! 4 Bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps10, private beach w/bocce ball and volleyball, walk to playground, tennis/pickleball, basketball with endless fun and memories. 0.5 mile/10 minute walk to beach or use parking pass. General store w/deli, Golf, mini-golf and Buckey’s 5 minutes. 15+ minutes to Meredith, 10 minutes to Castle in the Clouds. 30 minutes to Weirs Beach. Snowmobiling from here, Skiing 40-45 minutes King Pine, Gunstock & Cranmore The space Private property w/4 bedrooms, 6 beds, 2 bath, sleeps 10, parking for up to four cars in driveway (or more if on street if available or at nearby Clubhouse parking lot). Gas fire pit with privacy trees in evening. Grill, beach chairs, beach games, board games and beach towels. Full bed and bath linens provided. Outdoor patio set on deck spring-fall. WiFi and two TV’s with streaming services. There are stairs to access all property entrances. Guest access Full access to home. Beach access available to use, 0.5 mile from house. Parking at beach allowed for one vehicle with beach pass. Boat ramp accces at beach - trailer should be stored in parking lot at nearby Clubhouse (walk from beach) or at house. Owners personal boat and golf cart are not available for use by guests. Snowmobile right from community. Beach volleyball and bocceball, walk to basketball, playground, and tennis/pickleball. Dirt bikes, ATV and four wheelers are not allowed in community. Other things to note Up to 10 guests. Additional guests should be approved by home owner. Private beach 0.5 mile/10 minute walk from house or drive - one beach pass per household. Beach has boat ramp. Park trailer at nearby parking lot behind clubhouse - walking distance. There are no dirt bikes, ATV, four wheelers allowed in community. We provide town dump pass to use for local town transfer station for trash disposal (9 minutes from house). There is no onsite trash pickup.
