STR-22-31 Other things to note We welcome your treasured furry family members and have a set of guidelines to keep them safe and protect the integrity of the ArrtHaus. An additonal cleaning fee of $50 will be required for up to a 3 night stay. Any stay exceeding three nights will be a $100 cleaning fee. 1. Please keep them ON LEASH at all times outside the studio. There is an invisible fence but it only works with the shock collar. We are private but near the road and we want your pet to be safe. 2. Dogs are NOT allowed in the upstairs Loft. 3. Dogs are NOT allowed in the Hot Tub. 4. We have high-end upholstered furniture - please try to keep the dog on the floor. We have provided a doggie bed for their comfort. If you need to bring some throws with you to vcover the bed etc. that's fine. 5. The screened "Star Room" is a delicate environment for your pet. If they damage the screens or the furnishings, it will be noted and deducted from the deposit. NOTE REGARDING LONG TERM RENTALS: There is a $130 housekeeping fee required every two weeks, payable up front to AirBNB or directly to owner in cash.
