The room is ideal for resting, it has 2 single beds; clean space, and clean linens. It has a private bathroom with a shower and towels. Smart TV with Prime video, to watch series and movies (no national TV). Wifi (signal and password are here in the data at the time of booking) Kitchen with the necessary, dining room and patio. Private parking for 1 vehicle. The space The room has a smart TV. Clean linens, clean spaces. Private bathroom, with soap, towels. Kitchen equipped with everything you need (pots, kettle, plates, cups, utensils, toaster) We have a patio. We fully respect our guests' space. If you want to use the washing machine, there is an additional charge of 5000 per load. We ask our guests to be respectful with the use of water, in the shower, not to wash clothes, or leave it running, as it is a very valuable resource here. No smoking inside the house and/or windows due to fire risk, you can go out to the patio. Guest access Our guests have access to the kitchen, we leave a space to store their food, as well as in the refrigerator. Patio to go out for air or smoke. You can use the kitchen, dining room and patio, which are shared areas. (I appreciate leaving them tidy and clean, as they were, since there is no charge for cleaning) The rest of the other areas of the house are PRIVATE. Indoor parking with a gate for 1 vehicle. A couple of blocks away is a MiniMarket (La Cruz), a fruit and vegetable market. Portal la Chimba is about a 10-minute walk away. During your stay I am totally available for any questions you may have, both about the house and the area. Other things to note As it is a very quiet area, you cannot make any kind of disturbance or party after hours, out of respect for the neighbors.
