Spacious Room 2 Miles from Main Street

This spacious basement room is conveniently located 2 miles from University of Delaware’s Main Street. College Square has been freshly renovated and is .8 mile from us with a grocery store. There are trails and beautiful views close by. Our place is cozy and we have two cats who would love to make your acquaintance. Please note, we do live in the house and we have a newborn baby that will be upstairs. Also, the litter boxes for our cats are located in the basement. Note, we clean boxes daily. The space The private room is located downstairs in the unfinished basement. It is fully loaded with a small sitting area, gym, and laundry area. Guest access You will have access to our spacious and welcoming kitchen, a shelf in the fridge and freezer, dining room, and bar table top. During your stay Throughout your stay we are here for you as much as you’d like and we will respect your privacy. We enjoy connecting with guests and getting to know you. Please ask for resources or recommendations at your convenience. Other things to note We have two friendly cats, Flash (orange) and Peekaboo (gray). They mind there own business but if you want to pet them they would love that. Be mindful of Peekaboo, if she doesn’t come to you then leave her be.
