Beautiful entire house available to host family, friends or colleagues for an amazing vacation or business purposes.The property is located in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Vero Beach. Close to shopping plazas, restaurants, gas stations, churches, parks and only 10 minutes away from the beach. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one living room, two dinning areas, kitchen, patio with an outdoor table and access to parking. The space The house can be booked up to 7 people, however keep in mind we have an affordable rate from 1 to 5 people, and if you have a 6th and 7th person, it will be $30 extra per person per night. We keep a lower rate for small groups up to 5, so everyone is welcome to use our services. Please make sure you make your reservation according to the amount of people in your group. If you need to make any update, keep in mind fees might apply. You can always reach out to your host. There are three bedrooms. The master's room has a King Bed with its private bathroom. The second room has a queen bed and the third room has a queen bed and a twin bed. All of the bedrooms have its own T.V. There is a second bathroom. We have a closet next to the main door where you can leave your shoes or hang your jackets. The living room has another TV, one big couch and an small one with a memory chest filled with blankets. There are two dining areas under A/C. The big dinning table has 6 chairs and the small table has 4 chairs. There is a shelf next to the small dining table filled with all kinds of glasses for wine, champagne or margaritas. House has a full equipped kitchen with all you need for your cooking needs (Microwave, stove, fridge, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster and so much more). Outside there is a nice patio with another table with 4 chairs with three tanning chairs next to it! Right for a perfect sunny day or just to lay down to relax. Guest access You have access to the whole house except the garage. However you can park your vehicles in the driveway. Parking is free and no restrictions :) Other things to note Laundry service: For long stays bookings the laundry service of sheets, blankets and towels are not included in the night fee. If you need the service we will be happy to assist you for an additional cost. Weekly fee: One laundry per week $10 per person. Note: Only linens and towels are included in this service. Host will be happy to pick them up and drop them off for your convenience. Late check out: We can offer three different times late check out for your convenience: 3:00 pm check out for $30 extra 5:00 pm check out for $50 extra 7:00 pm check out for $80 extra Early baggage drop off or late pick up: We can offer early baggage drop off or late pick up for additional $40 per day. Please contact the host for arrangements. Penalty Fees: If the guest(s) smoke inside of the house there is a penalty fee of $500. Do not smoke cigarettes or electronic cigarettes inside of the house. Do NOT use recreational drugs in premises under any circumstances. If the guest bring an additional person to stay overnight without informing the host, there is penalty fee of $50 per person per night.
