Grey House/ beachfront house

House facing the beautiful sea of Carapibus beach. Our house has four bedrooms*, all with air conditioning and bathroom. Covered pool area overlooking the ocean, containing: table, freezer, barbecue, and male and female bathroom. In addition to the living room, Smart TV, kitchen, Wi-Fi network and parking for six cars. Come relax and/or enjoy with friends and family at GREY House. Note: Read the listing description carefully! Another “Casas Vista do Mar” development. The space - Every bedroom has a queen size bed and we provide (if necessary) up to 4 single mattresses; - All the bedrooms have a bathroom, however, two of them have the bathroom shared between them, and the other two are suites; - Only one of the rooms has a window; - Bedding (only on the four queen mattresses): elastic sheet (mattress), copper bedding, blanket and two pillows with pillows; - Swimwear: each bedroom two towels; - Full pool: blender, Airfryer, sandwich maker, coffee maker, microwave, cooktop (we don't have an oven), cutlery, plates, glasses, pots; - Wifi both outside the house and inside; - pool with waterfall - deep area (1.40 m) and prainha (0.35 cm); - Covered area with cascading wooden table for 12 people, barbecue, horizontal freezer and bathrooms (male and female); - security: cameras, electric fence and alarm in front of the house that gives access to the street; - Due to the house being in a cliff area, we do not have (as is not allowed) stairway to the beach. Access is at the end of the street, about 180 m away, directly at sea level (no stairs); The beach in front of the house is excellent for bathing when at low tide. Very tame Maré and natural pools in corals; - Within a 1km radius of the house you can find everything: restaurant, pizzeria, pharmacy, markets, etc. We have three more houses next door in case you need more rooms. IMPORTANT: ❗️The house has the front area of the sea shared with our house on the side. Divided by gardeners. ❗️No excess sound! ❗️Easy access to the house. Paved streets. Extremely quiet neighborhood. ❗️We do not have a washing machine/laundry ❗️We do not replace water bottles, detergent, toilet paper. ❗️Any event/celebration must be communicated to the host for further analysis/release. ❗️João Pessoa Airport is about 40 minutes from the house.
