Brook and Branch

Brook and Branch is located in picturesque Elmore just twenty minutes from Montpelier and thirty minutes from Stowe village. The main floor has an open floor plan with a kitchen, half-bath, and large living room with a gas fireplace and a small desk. There is a mudroom complete with a washer and dryer. The upstairs has a large master bedroom with a queen size bed and double closets, a second bedroom with another queen bed, and a full bath including a Greek soaking tub. The space There is a stone patio off of the living room, it has a heat lamp and fire pit in the cooler months. There is also a fire pit down by the stream, perfect for roasting marshmallows. Guest access There is parking off the street for 2 cars in front of the fence. The barn is locked and is off limits to guests.
