This 1400 square foot, gorgeous water front stilt house gives you plenty of room to relax, have fun and most importantly right now social distance. Newly renovated this year, from furniture and paint, to linens and mattresses, it is clean and beautiful inside and out. There are 3 bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms, a full kitchen, dinning room, and living room. The waterfront access and beach themed interior give you the vacation vibes that you are looking for. A deck off of every floor and a widow’s watch above allows you to enjoy sunrises, moon rises & beautiful night skies. Outback there is a floating dock where you can sit out and relax, tan, fish or tie off your boat. Ramp access is available access to both Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Ocean. No boat? No problem! You can still cool off from the hot Florida sun in our luxurious 13 person swim spa that overlooks the canal. Lounge on the spacious rear covered deck facing the water where there is a tiki hut and a private outdoor shower. We also have new Kayaks and Bikes to cruise around and explore both the land and sea. Only 15 miles from downtown Key West and Big Pine Key, makes it an easy ride to a beautiful location. Well attended by locals and visitors alike Baby's Coffee, Fish Restaurant and Bay Point Deli & Market are places you won’t want to miss during your visit. Bay Point County Park has a Kiddie Park, and basket, tennis, and volley ball courts plus a wide open field to let your dogs run and a place to play Bocce ball all within walking distance from the house. Experience the relaxation provided by this home and the unique location for yourself. Small dogs under 50 pounds are allowed. A $300 non refundable pet fee will be charged if you wish to have your pooch accompany you. No cats, birds, hamsters or other animals aloud.
