The house can accommodate up to 6 people and has a pretty enclosed garden facing south. The house is close to the beaches, the sailing club, the golf course, and the tennis courts. The space Stay with family or friends in this lovely cosy and warm house, located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the centre of Carantec (500 m). It is arranged as follows: GROUND FLOOR: - 1 living area with a sofa, television, Bluetooth speaker, Wi-Fi, a functional fireplace - 1 kitchen / dining area - 1 toilet The kitchen in detail, equipped with all essentials: Induction hobs, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils. You will have at your disposal: dishwashing liquid, sponge, condiments... FIRST FLOOR: - 1 double bedroom (bed 180 x 190 cm), a chest of drawers and a wardrobe - 1 double bedroom (bed 140 x 190 cm), a wardrobe - 1 bathroom with shower (new), 1 toilet and baby essentials (bath, potty, changing table). SECOND FLOOR: - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) - 1 sofa, 1 small desk with sea view and 1 electric piano The house has a enclosed garden with an outdoor table, chairs and a charcoal barbecue. You have at your disposal in the garage a washing machine, a tumble dryer, as well as childcare equipment: stroller, high chair, travel cot. Linen is not provided. However, you have the option to rent “made beds” at the rate of: 20 euros double bed including towels 15 euros single bed including towels Please specify your choice (bed size) and if you wish separate beds when booking.
