Guests will be responsible for all damage caused by the pet. Damages caused by the pet will not be included in the damage waiver agreement and must be friendly with other dogs and people. A non-refundable fee of $200 will be due at the time of booking. We reserve the right to ask you to immediately remove the dog if complaints of barking/disturbance are received. Undeclared dogs will be charged $500 and you will be required to vacate the property. Please contact us immediately after becoming aware of any damage caused by the pet. The pet owner takes full responsibility of all damages and/or injuries to others caused by the pet. By booking this property you are agreeing to the terms and fees associated with bringing an approved dog. Local management monitors the property.
