Three lodgings, one site, reception room, swimming pool

The whole group will enjoy both privacy in each cottage and a common room to gather, eat, cook, and have fun... all together. A sauna and a large plot of land will brighten up your stay, as will a swimming pool in season. The property is ideally located for your gatherings and for visiting Burgundy. A large barn to host your events in case of hot weather or showers. Montbard train station is 15 minutes away to welcome your loved ones. The space This is a property with a cottage for 6/8 people, two cottages for 2/4 people each, a common room for 20 people arranged in two spaces and its own group kitchen. Other things to note Small rules: Check-in time: 3 p.m. Check-out time: 11 a.m. (These times can be flexible, to be confirmed as soon as you know). For an early check-in or late check-out we ask for an extra 60 euro. The courtyard is a pedestrian area. Cars must park in the parking lot at the back of the building (except for unloading and loading at check-in and check-out). After 10 p.m. we kindly ask you to limit the noise level outside, in the sauna and in the pool. Payment of supplements can be made via the site, on site by check, vacation vouchers, or in cash.
