Come relax at this recently renovated condo in Luquillo. Located on the 2nd floor of a walk up complex. Purchased as a family getaway, due to many requests from friends and family, I decided to list it on Airbnb so others can experience the beautiful and peaceful town of Luquillo. Located 35 minutes from San Juan airport, steps from Playa Azul, few minutes from the Luquillo kiosks and not far from El Yunque or Bio Bay or the ferry it’s a perfect location to explore the east side of the island. The space Recently renovated you will feel right at home as soon as you walk in. Internet with Wi-Fi, smart tv in bedroom and living room with internet tv service or ability to log in to other services you may have, air conditioning in bedroom and living room and a sofa that turns into a full size bed (will accommodate 2 children or 1 adult comfortably). You will want to get out and hang out at the beach but you won’t need to rent beach chairs, in the balcony there is a set (2) beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and a hand truck for your use. Full kitchen with cooking utensils and a washer and dryer for your use should you need. 360 degree tour of apartment and video tour available via QR code scan on photos section. Guest access Entire condo Other things to note This property is not handicap accessible. No elevators in building. Puerto Rico electrical grid is still recovering from past hurricanes, random black outs may occur that is out of our control. Please be understanding. Smart nest video doorbell verify guests and smart lock in case guest gets locked out. Reservation alterations will be approved up to 7 days of original reservation date and only if requested dates are available. Free private parking on premises and free public parking in front of property. Vehicle recommended to get around but necessary.
