Internet with Wi-Fi, smart tv in bedroom and living room with internet tv service or ability to log in to other services you may have, air conditioning in bedroom and living room and a sofa that turns into a full size bed (will accommodate 2 children or 1 adult comfortably). You will want to get out and hang out at the beach but you won’t need to rent beach chairs, in the balcony there is a set (2) beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and a hand truck for your use. Guest access Entire condo Other things to note This property is not handicap accessible. No elevators in building. There is no beach view but beach is 1/2 block away. Puerto Rico electrical grid is still recovering from past hurricanes, random black outs may occur that is out of our control. Please be understanding. Smart nest video doorbell verify guests and smart lock in case guest gets locked out. Reservation alterations will be approved up to 7 days of original reservation date and only if requested dates are available.
