Located on the Northeast side of Cayuga Lake in the heart of Finger Lakes Wine Country. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, swimming, relaxing in the hot tub, campfires, glorious sunsets and more! Whether you're sipping morning coffee by the water or soaking in a sunset from the upper deck, every detail is here to help you feel right at home. 🌅 Main Living Area Step into the great room and take in stunning lake views the moment you arrive. This open space is perfect for gathering with friends or family—watch a movie, play a board game, or curl up by the electric fireplace on a cool evening. 🍽️ Two Kitchens & Dining Areas Main Kitchen: Fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the essentials you’ll need for cooking. Enjoy meals together in the adjoining dining area. Lower-Level Kitchenette: Includes a two-burner stovetop, refrigerator, sink, microwave, and kitchen items, plus a second dining space—ideal for extended stays or multiple families. Let the slow cooker handle dinner while you're out exploring, or come home to fire up the pizza oven after a day exploring the greater Finger Lakes. 🎮 Lower-Level Den A second living room downstairs gives everyone room to relax, complete with comfy seating, a smart TV, and a retro-style arcade game loaded with 12 classic games. There’s also another dining table—great for meals, puzzles, or game night. ☕ Coffee & Comforts Our coffee bar is fully stocked with coffee, tea, and a variety of basics like salt, pepper, and common spices. We’ve taken care of the small things so you can focus on the fun. 🍔 Outdoor Grilling & Dining Head out to the upper deck to cook with a view—grill up dinner while watching the sunset over the lake. Propane is provided, and the fresh lake air is the perfect side dish. 🛁 Bathrooms Main Floor: Half bath for convenience. Top Floor Master Ensuite: Full bath with a Jacuzzi tub, double shower, and double sinks. Lower Level: Full bathroom with walk-in shower. Basic toiletries are available in case you forget something. 🛏️ Bedrooms Top-Floor Master Suite: Lake-view windows, spa-style ensuite bath, and a walk-through closet. Lower-Level Suite: One King and one Queen bed, TV, and dressers. Enjoy the lake view in the seating area with a cup of coffee to start your day, or glass of wine to wind down in the evening. This room has a sliding door with access to the yard. Queen Room: Queen bed, dresser, TV, and access to lower deck and hot tub. 🧺 Laundry A washer and dryer are available on the lower level, with detergent provided. 🚤 Boathouse & Dock Next to the lake, our boathouse is stocked with lawn games (cornhole, badminton), water floats, lifejackets and a cozy couch for lakeside lounging. Just outside, enjoy the use of 2 kayaks and a canoe. The dock is perfect for a swim, casting a line, or simply watching the sun dip below the horizon. A mooring point is available—just reach out if you plan to bring watercraft. 💡 A Few Notes: We provide a detailed guest manual (located in the mainfloor office) with tips for your stay and our favorite local recommendations. Occasionally, swimming may be restricted due to natural algae blooms. We'll keep you updated if that happens. The Finger Lakes Railway runs along the lake. Trains pass by 1–2 times daily and are brief (about 2 minutes). Please supervise children near the tracks. An additional section of the home is not included in this rental and will remain closed off during your stay. Guest access The Great Room, bottom living room and all 3 bedrooms have smart TVs and/or Roku and guests are able to login to their personal accounts to access streaming content. An attached two car garage is available for guests to use allowing easy access into the home. Two short staircases lead you to 200 ft of private lakefront, green lawn, a resting shed, dock and fire pit. It truly is a Sanctuary! The Fingerlakes Railway runs along the Lake. 1 to 2 times daily for app. 2 minutes a train will go by the house. Children should always be supervised. Other things to note 🚣‍♂️ Water Adventures Made Easy We’ve got you covered for lake fun! During your stay, feel free to use our kayaks, canoe, and oars—they’re ready and waiting by the water. Life jackets are provided, but if you’re traveling with little ones, we recommend bringing child-sized safety gear tailored to their size for peace of mind. 🧭 Boating Note: There’s a mooring point off the dock for anchoring boats. If you're planning to bring a jet ski, boat, or other watercraft, just let us know in advance and we’ll guide you through the details. 🌊 Swimming & Lake Conditions We want you to enjoy the lake as much as possible! However, please know that swimming may be limited at times due to naturally occurring algae blooms. We keep an eye on water conditions and will always let you know if anything changes during your stay. 🐞 Nature & The Outdoors We professionally treat the property to help keep pests at bay, but you may still see the occasional gnat, mosquito, or tiny bug—part of the charm of lakeside living. Bug spray is a great idea, especially in the evenings. 🔥 Lakeside Fire Pit There’s nothing like winding down your day with a cozy fire by the lake. We’ll have your first night’s supply of firewood ready when you arrive, and more is available upon request for a small fee. Don’t forget the s’mores! 🛁 Relax in the Hot Tub Our hot tub on the lower deck is the perfect place to soak, unwind, and take in the view. Whether it's under the stars or with your morning coffee, it’s a guest favorite for a reason. Please review hot tub guidelines before enjoying. 🌿 Outdoor Living & Amenities Stroll the lakeside walking path or stretch out on a blanket with a good book. Lawn chairs are available both on the deck and by the water. Our lakeside shed is stocked with comfy seating—including a sectional sofa with lake views—as well as outdoor games, floats, and more. 🗓️ Weekly Services Lawn care takes place on Thursdays during the spring and summer. Trash is collected every Thursday morning.
