You enter on the street side, access by 3 steps, into a bright living room consisting of a living room area, dining area and equipped kitchen. This living room is dual-aspect and overlooks a flower garden (accessible by a few steps) with a dominant view of the Bourbonnaise countryside. The property has three bedrooms. The space -Two bedrooms face the garden, one for 1 person with the possibility of 2 people (pull-out bed), the other for 2 people. -The third bedroom on the street side has a bed for 2 people. There is a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet with sink. Take advantage of the shed to store your bikes, some games, electric grill and deckchairs are at your disposal. On sunny days, relax in the garden furniture. To make the most of the garden you have a ping pong table and a molkky. We are in a dynamic village with many shops: Restaurant, hairdresser, butcher, pharmacy... There are plenty of castles open for visiting near the village and a good winery for wine tastings.
