" La Maison 757" boutique homestay. Spend quality and beautiful time with your friends and family at this peaceful farmstay at kasar devi. Offers captivating views of the majestic mountains. Our property is located in kasardevi village or nearby kasar temple We provide mouth-watering delicacies or you can even cook your own at our beautiful place. This room does not have balcony.. We DO NOT PROVIDE COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST. CURRENTLY WE ARE NOT SERVING DINNER Food available timing 9a.m to 5pm The space 1- Check out time is 11:00 am. Pls make sure that you check out on time . 2- Extra person will be charged 50% of the room tariff. 3- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room. As you can always use the balcony area for smoking. 4- Outside guests are not allowed in the room . 5- BREAKFAST IS NOT COMPLIMENTARY .THOUGH WE HAVE AN INHOUSE KITCHEN AS GUEST CAN ORDER US FOOD ACCORDINGLY FROM THE FOOD MENU. 6-The hotel reserves the right to charge the guests the cost of rectifying damage caused by accidental, deliberate ,negligent or reckless acts of the guest to the hotel property or structure. 7- Any damage in the room has to be paid,as nothing comes for free.(STAIN OR CIGARETTE BURN ON BEDSHEETS) NO EXCUSE WILL BE TAKEN. You will be charged as follows. Double bedsheet-700 Double bed sheet cover-1500 Pillow cover -100 Bath towel-400 8- Room cleaning will be done as per request. 9- Towels should not be used as rugs or to rub your feet or makeup cleaner. As it will be charged separately. 10- Power outages are common in mountain areas. Especially in the rainy season.We have 14 to16 hour backup via inverter which covers lights ,charging phone laptop and wifi. Perfect for remote working. 11- Party and loud music is strictly prohibited (NOT ALLOWED). LOUD CHATTER NOT ALLOWED POST 10 PM. 12- Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their own belongings during their stay. 13- Pets are not allowed. 14-We change sheets and linens every third day on request. 15- We provide clean drinking water through a purified aquaguard system. 16- Pls maintain the sanity of the place , As you will be living in the same compound with the host. 17- Water is a big problem in the mountains. PLS USE WATER RESPONSIBLY. 18- Pls be polite towards staff & other guests. 19- We provide an extra blanket and hot water bottle on request.. ROOM HEATER would be chargeable for 500 rs per night. 20 -Laundry will be charged 500 rs per bag. 21 - We DO NOT have any inhouse arrangement for Drivers.but we can arrange a basic Guest access Hello , We do have rooftop which is open for all guests all the time along with their private balcony !! During your stay Hello , Me and my partner (one of us always available at property ) all feel free to call or ping us .. Caretaker and other stuff also available at property.. Other things to note ST READ , PLEASE! *POLICIES & GUIDELINES* *GENERAL* Smoking inside the room or enclosed spaces is strictly prohibited, we levy a hefty fine of INR 2000 to discourage the same Eating food in the bed is not appreciated, food, lipstick or any other stains on the linen/towels etc. will be considered as damage and fined for Kindly close and lock the windows & balcony doors before leaving the room No visitors or extra guests are allowed inside the room. Room kettle in the room should only be used for heating drinking water. Indoor room furniture (chairs etc.) should not be used in the balcony We would by all means appreciate your support in helping us keeping the property clean just by using the bins and the ashtrays around Hotel property (towels, quilts, kettle, etc.) are not allowed to be taken out of the hotel premises No music & loud chatter is allowed post 10pm Kindly be polite towards staff & other guests *DAMAGE TO HOTEL PROPERTY* The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Hotel's property or structure. *SAFETY* Guests are encouraged to keep their valuables safe. The Hotel shall not be liable for the loss of money or other personal valuables during your stay. *LAUNDRY & LINEN* Housekeeping ,we'll provide free room cleaning after every two nights & also change the bed linen after every four nights for longer stays (water is precious) *PROHIBITED ITEMS* The following items are not permitted in the Hotel premises: Flammable, explosive or otherwise hazardous materials & objects emitting a foul odor Firearms or other weapons *CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICIES* *Requirement* Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to check-in. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The Hotel reserves the right to check photo identification. For security purposes, All Indian guests are required to present a valid photo ID proof. Pan Card will be required in case of settlement of Rs.2500and above. *Early Check-in / Late Check-out* Unless otherwise stated in the specific rate plan terms & conditions, check-in time is after 12 am check-out time is 11 a.m. For a confirmed early check-in before 1 p.m., it is recommended to pre book the room one day in advance with a full day charge. However, if the room stays free then we'll happily do an early check-in at no extra cost. Subject to room availability, the hotel may accommodate late check-out until 12 p.m. for an additional fee of 50% of the total tariff *SERVICE HOURS* Kitchen Timings: 8:30am-3pm 5pm-10pm Food & Beverage is available for you to order using our very convenient room-specific digital ordering system Room service is available from 8:30 am till 10:30 pm Main doors are locked at 11-12 in the night up until 8 in the morning *Operational Hours* Monday - Sunday 8 AM - 11 PM
