We rent this newly renovated 110 m² suite located on the Old Port, breathtaking view: Old Port/Notre Dame de la Garde/Église Saint-Laurent We take great care of this place, we expect the same in return. Welcome to our luxurious Cocoon, unique in Marseille. The space In our main residence, you'll have one floor of our home all to yourself. Your private space consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a living/dining room/kitchen, a private entrance just for you. In a quiet and respectful building dating from 1952, with new soundproofing for your comfort, this Suite is located in the oldest district of Marseille and France, on the Panier side of the Old Port. Spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. Living room/dining room/kitchen. This Suite has also its own private access on its floor, for your privacy and your comfort (you won't be passing through our part of the accommodation and we won’t pass through yours either) . - One room is equipped with an infrared sauna and shower. The toilet is right in front of the room. - A second room has a spacious shower and toilet. - The third bedroom has a bath and WC. All the beds are 180x200 with quality bedding.
