The apartments of La Houle are 6 renovated apartments, perfectly furnished and equipped, housed on the three levels of an old fishermen's house. Cancale, voted a remarkable site of taste, is the showcase of Breton gastronomy: traditional creperies, oyster markets... we will be sure to share our addresses with you for a delicious stay. You are here at the starting point to the great sites of the Côte d'Emeraude: the privateer city of Saint-Malo, Mont Saint-Michel are only a few knots away. Guests can take advantage of the small concierge terrace located in front of the technical room and adjacent to their room. Linens (sheets, duvet cover, towels and tea towels are not provided). If you wish to rent them, we can provide you with the contact details of a private provider. The cleaning package is optional (€30) if you wish to subscribe to it you must contact us so that we can add this option to your reservation on Airbnb. Otherwise the apartment must be returned in the clean condition in which you found it (floors vacuumed and washed, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom cleaned and tidied...) Guest access Each apartment is independent, only the entrance hall and the central staircase are common Other things to note The cleaning fee is optional (€30) but you can choose to do it yourself if the apartment is returned in the same clean condition it was in when you arrived. If you have chosen the cleaning option, the concierge will take care of everything... or almost! All you have to do is… Place the linens (excluding mattress covers) in the dirty laundry bin. Wash and put away your dishes and empty the garbage cans. If you choose to clean, you will need to: - Clean the kitchen, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. - Clean the bathroom (sink, shower and toilet) - Empty the dishwasher, vacuum and wash the floors. - Empty the garbage cans (household and recyclable garbage in the containers on the square to the right when leaving the residence) You will find the products under the sink and the equipment in the closet.
