The kitchen is fully furnished with quality cookware and all the utensils for home cooking or entertaining. There is a view of the water from every room. The living room has a queen pull out sofa, a gas fireplace and a flat screen TV. The sun room with water views opens to a large screen porch with a large dining table for family meals and comfortable seating area. The screen porch opens out to the patio and waterfront fun perfect for sunbathing, grilling or a cocktail as you watch the sunset. The first floor master has a king size bed, custom built-ins, new master tiled shower /his/her sink areas, a large walk-in closet. Just off the foyer is a utility/mud room with custom built-ins and front load washer and dryer, and built in ironing board. The second floor has two bedrooms with one queen bed each and a full bathroom at the top of the stairs. Other things to note Ocean Pines has all the amenities of a vacation destination. Swimming pools, tennis, pickleball, a golf course (and many others within 30 minutes), yacht club, marina, and many restaurants. Included in the rental is a parking pass for the ocean front clubhouse in Ocean City. The swimming pools within Ocean Pines charge a nominal fee per day, per person. Ocean City is a 9 minute drive from the house. Assateague Island with the wild ponies and abundant wildlife is about 20 minutes away. Ocean Downs Raceway and Casino is minutes away and there is also plenty of shopping at nearby outlets and the quaint town of Berlin with its first class restaurants and antique stores. The best of both worlds--quiet and pristine waterfront living but with quick access to the beach and all the amenities a beach resort has to offer.
