Mulaqat Homestay- Group Stay with Parking

Mulaqat is an ideally located home close to Bagdogra airport, New Jalpaiguri Railway Station and Siliguri Junction. It is a residential area but very close to the Asian Highway with good road connectivity. Mulaqat is a family run BnB. There are 6 double occupancy rooms altogether, all in the ground floor and rooms are allotted depending on the number of guests. Complete privacy is ensured. Additionally, we offer free parking space, WiFi and a garden area. The space Please note that this listing includes two separate 3BHK Apartments in the ground floor of the same premises. The entrance to the two 3BHK apartments are separate but are located just adjacent. There are 6 rooms in total and 2 guests can occupy one room. We open the rooms depending on the number of guests. Base listing has 4 rooms and we open more rooms when the booking contains more than 8 guests. Parking area is within the premises. Guest access Guests have access to the entire listing area, the front garden area, and the terrace. Other things to note • Check in - 12PM onwards • Check out - 11AM (extendable to 1 hour maximum depending on the arrival time of next guest) • Extended check out shall incur the following charges : Till 3PM - 2000, Till 6PM - 3000, After 6PM - Full Tariff • NO LUGGAGE ASSISTANCE except for exceptional situation like senior citizens. • Home cooked meals are prepared only on pre orders (5-6 hours in advance). Everything is freshly cooked post order confirmation so kindly inform us well in advance. • Swiggy/Zomato/Instamart works in the area. • Kindly note that this is a residential building and we are a family run homestay who aim to create a homely space for guests. Our place might not be the right choice for ones looking for a place to crash after a party or who plan to host a party in the property.
