PETS allowed w/ pet fee of ONLY $25 per stay (not per day). Less than five minutes from interstate 75. Quiet subdivision located on a private lake. Only a few miles from multiple public boat ramp’s on the north side of Lake Allatoona. Approximately 10 minutes from red top Mountain and Lakepoint sports complex. Although it appears differently from the front of the home the Unit is completely separate from the main house. Rest assured no noise you make will be heard from the main house and vice versa. As an animal rescuer for over 25 years, who is also allergic to animals I have made this property as pet friendly as possible while still being able to provide optimal cleanliness for those with animal allergies. If you are looking for a five star hotel this may not be the place for you. If you are looking for a clean, safe environment , with some of the amenities provided by five star hotels I would love to be given the opportunity to host you. Pool on property. Please allow 15 minute advance notice for access so I can put my dogs up. Private pond for fishing and paddle boat ride. Access to private lake for kayaking also. I am almost always on site but when not can be reached quickly via text or email. Always welcome new company but I’m happy to give you complete privacy also. Close to several museums in Cartersville. Minutes from the interstate. Close to Lakepoint sports complex, red top Mountain, Lake Allatoona, Etowah Indian Mounds. Extremely quiet, private and safe location. Area is well lit. The parking area for the unit has security cameras for your protection but there are NO security cameras anywhere in the private areas for your unit inside or outside. We are in the back of a very quiet and small subdivision. Very safe area. There are two parking spots reserved in the driveway in front of the garage closest to your private entrance. Please notify me in advance if you are in a moving truck, pulling a trailer, or require more parking so we can adjust accordingly. This unit has exterior entry steps and interior steps. Unit does NOT have a stand up shower only a REALLY BIG garden tub. If shower is required there are other available showers that are shared with other units in the main home.
