PETS allowed w/ pet fee of $25 per day The space Less than five minutes from interstate 75. Quiet subdivision located on a private lake. Only a few miles from multiple public boat ramp’s on the north side of Lake Allatoona. Approximately 10 minutes from red top Mountain and Lakepoint sports complex. Although it appears differently from the front of the home the Unit is completely separate from the main house. Rest assured no noise you make will be heard from the main house and vice versa. As an animal rescuer for over 25 years, who is also allergic to animals I have made this property as pet friendly as possible while still being able to provide optimal cleanliness for those with animal allergies. If you are looking for a five star hotel this may not be the place for you. If you are looking for a clean, safe environment , with some of the amenities provided by five star hotels I would love to be given the opportunity to host you. Other things to note This unit has exterior entry steps and interior steps. Unit does NOT have a stand up shower only a REALLY BIG garden tub. If shower is required there are other available showers that are shared with other units in the main home.
