Welcome to this nice house, only 50 meters from the water. Nice bathing jetty, perfect for morning dips and swimming all day. The area Sjömärket is located by the marina on Bohus-Malmön. Boat berth is included in the weekly rent if required. 50 meters to grocery store, fish shop, Pelle P shop and two very nice restaurants. Nice patio and balcony with sun all day and evening sun. Bohus-Malmön is known for its lovely rocky beaches and fine beaches. There's also a tennis court and a nice 18-hole mini golf course. Guest access Private boat space, 50 meters from the house during the stay if required. Other things to note Cleaning is not included. Pets are not allowed.
