Built in the 1960’s, the ceilings are 7ft throughout. Each bdrm has a full size bed & AC. It has a small kitchen and two living areas and two tiny bathrooms. The deck boasts breathtaking unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. PL1 shares the yard, BBQ, outdoor shower and beach access with PL2 (upstairs).
