La Montañeta I

The space Located in the Caldera de Tirajana, the largest volcanic caldera on the island, and crossed by the Tirajana ravine. The area has an enormous scenic interest with stunning views and dreamy corners. The house located at the entrance of the village, emerged from the rehabilitation of a century-old building that throughout its life had multiple uses and destinations, from a tobacco dryer cultivated in the area to a Justice of the Peace, and as a building to support the crops that its owners had in the area. The renovation was undertaken respecting the original structure of the house in its entirety in three large structural units, preserving elements of traditional Canarian architecture: solid red stone walls covered with rustic whitewash, large doors and windows that give an extraordinary brightness to the interiors making them extremely cozy, and a four-sided roof in a wooden structure and covered with Canarian tile. From each of these three units has emerged one of the Rural Houses: Casa Rural la Montañeta I, Casa Rural la Montañeta II and Casa Rural la Montañeta III, which are accessed through a porch that starts from the plot of two thousand square meters of garden that they share. La Montañeta I has a bedroom with two single beds, located in a comfortable and spacious wooden loft, it has a large area that includes a living-dining room, kitchen and full bathroom with shower and all the services and amenities of a modern house.
