Pool, free use of our 3 kayaks, steps to fishing off the back deck with new green fishing lights and magnificent views of west facing sunsets. The space Lots of warm daytime sun overlooking the largest canals in North Padre with amazing nightly sunset view. Spacious two bedrooms upstairs from spiral staircase and 2 bath condo. Please note the spiral staircase. Not a major issue, just please note the set up. Master (King size bed) overlooking the canal with breathtaking views from the upstairs private deck right off your master bedroom. We just redid the two decks with new Trex decking.... Stunning (OCT 23). New AC/bathroom renovation/Floors/Inside and outside furniture, and even the pool and docks were just renovated. Also condo comes with complete access and availability to a 3 person kayak (1 seat is for a child) and two single seater kayak. High speed 400 mps internet to work from 'home'. The master bedroom with a King bed has hurricane shutters that allow for blackout sleep conditions providing for a great nights sleep. TV's and cable in every room. Easy log in access (ROKU streaming) to your own streaming services such as Netflix and Prime. Bedroom privacy for the parents while plenty of room in a separate bedroom for the kids with their own smart TV. The 2nd bedroom easily fits another couple, guests or a small second family with ample room for a few kids with a bunk bed (twin-over full mattress), and a twin daybed with with a pull-out twin trundle-max of 4 adults and up to 6 total guest strictly enforced. All beds and mattresses newly purchased. 2 full Bathrooms-one on each floor. It is less than 5 minutes to the beautiful beaches which allow vehicles to drive on and park steps from the water. Important and huge benefits: Out of respect for you and all other condo guest please note our condo has a policy of a maximum of 6 total guests for our 2-bdrms condo (4 total guest in the other 1-bdrm condos). This is for both overnight and day guest using the pool area. Boat slip pending availability, with a small upcharge-must contact me first to check availability. Trailer parking can be a challenge. Strict HOA rules restricting all complex guests from inviting other guests to use the complex ensures you have a great stay. MAX of 4 adults and up to 6 total guests in our condo is strictly enforced. Absolutely NO Parties are allowed. HOA monitors by outside security cameras for your safety and compliance. By the HOA and all owners enforcing this policy, you have a great stay and are not inconvenienced by any other condo guest inviting friends over to the pool/fishing area. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen with a regular coffee and K-Pod maker, pots pans and utensils, large flat screen TV's in every room with cable and log into your streaming services, great WIFI to work from home, washer and dryer, kitchen table and breakfast bar or just eat outside on your very own private deck directly overlooking the pool and canal while looking for dolphins or just checking out the boats. Pool is not heated, but due to it being in the sun constantly it stays warm well into the Fall. Guest access Guests access: All of condo and pool area-Maximum of 4 adults over 18 yrs old and a total of 6 guests-Strictly enforced for all 8 condos in the complex. One designated parking spot, ground floor entrance, an easy 3-steps from car to condo entrance. Some additional parking available. Other things to note Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed at the condo or around the pool area. Violations will result in termination of stay.
