Check-in: 5 p.m. Checkout: 11 a.m. The space Ideally located right next to Tournan-en-Brie train station, this spacious house on a 2500 m2 enclosed and wooded plot offers a peaceful and comfortable living environment. Featuring a wooded garden where you can relax and unwind, this house can accommodate groups of up to 14 people, offering plenty of space for everyone. BEDROOM & BEDS: The house offers 5 bedrooms, totaling 14 beds: Bedroom 1: 1 double bed Bedroom 2: 1 double bed Bedroom 3: 2 single beds Bedroom 4 (upstairs): 1 double bed Bedroom 5 (floor): 6 single beds In addition, we provide a baby crib, with its mattress and changing table, as well as a baby toilet seat, to facilitate your family stay. KITCHEN: Kitchen is fully stocked. You will find everything you need for 14 people: plates, cutlery, mugs, glasses, pots, pans, and much more. For your culinary preparations, you have a gas stove with 4 burners, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine, as well as a filter coffee machine. To make your stay easier, a dishwasher is at your disposal, as well as a fridge with freezer. A second refrigerator and an extra freezer are available in the basement. Whether you're a cooking enthusiast or just want to prepare quick meals, this kitchen will meet all your needs for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. LIVING ROOM: The living room and dining room form a large living space of about 35 m2, ideal for gatherings with family or friends. There are comfortable sofas and a large dining table that seats up to 12 people. In addition, a side table for 4 people is available in the kitchen, offering more space for meals. For cooler evenings, you can enjoy the fireplace to create a warm and friendly atmosphere. A 55" (139 cm) TV is also available for relaxing moments. GARDEN A large enclosed garden surrounds the house, offering a private outdoor space ideal for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather. You'll find a charcoal barbecue (optional charcoal), perfect for friendly outdoor dining. To relax in the sun, four deckchairs are available. Two garden tables will allow you to share outdoor meals in a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. BATHROOM AND TOILETS: On the ground floor you will find a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, as well as an independent toilet. We also provide a hair dryer. Upstairs, you will have a bathroom with shower, as well as a separate toilet, offering additional comfort for large groups. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are not included in the rental price. WORKSPACE: Upstairs at the top of the stairs you will find a workspace with a desk, ideal for those who need to stay productive during their stay. MISCELLANEOUS EQUIPMENT If necessary, an ironing board and iron are available for your use. In addition, a washing machine and two dryers are available in the basement, to facilitate your stay and allow you to travel light. OCCUPANCY OF THE PROPERTY: Please read the house rules before making a reservation. ARRIVAL: Check-In: 5:00 p.m. We make every effort to ensure that the reserved accommodation is available as soon as possible and no later than 5 p.m. Check-in at the accommodation can therefore be done on the first day of the reservation at the earliest at 5 p.m. unless explicitly agreed. CHECK-OUT: Check-Out: 11 a.m. at the latest Before leaving the accommodation within the allotted time, we will ask you to follow all the departure instructions described in the house rules. Please read the house rules before making a reservation. HOUSEHOLD LINEN: Bed sheets are provided. When you arrive, the beds will be made with freshly washed sheets. Towels are not provided in the rental. GUEST CONSUMABLES When you arrive, you will have the following consumables at your disposal: - Toilet paper - Sponge and dishwashing liquid - Dishwasher tablets - Household equipment The renewal of these consumables during the stay is not included. Possibility of other vehicles in the free parking lot which is located right in front of the house. INTERNET & TV The house is equipped with ORANGE fiber. You will also be able to watch digital TV channels from the living room TV. PETS Pets are allowed free of charge on the following conditions: - they are clean - they do not damage the accommodation - you do not let them climb on beds or sofas - you collect their excrement. Dangerous animals are not allowed. NEIGHBORHOOD - The house is in a quiet and peaceful residential area. - 10 min walk to the city center of "Tournan-en-Brie" where you will find all the necessary shops (Bakery, Bar, tobacco, restaurant, bank, butcher...). - The train/bus station of "Tournan-en-brie" (RER E and line P) is a 3-minute walk from the house. Accessible from Paris in just 25 min by taking the P line from Gare de l'Est. - Access to National Road 4 in 3 minutes by car. - Large free parking lot across the house - Many activities are available around the house: golf, tennis, paintball, canoeing, tree climbing, wakeboarding All the necessary shops are located in the city center of Tournan-en-Brie and are accessible in 10 minutes on foot. TRANSPORT: The SNCF train station (RER E & line P) is a 3-minute walk from the house: Tip: To find out about train routes and schedules, download the "Bonjour Ratp" app. To get to Paris by train (€5 per person per trip): - Access to Paris Est in 25 min with line P (Direct train) - Magenta access in 45 min with RER E. - Access to Haussmann – Gare Saint Lazare in 50 minutes with RER E To get to Disneyland Paris: - Accessible by car: only 22 km = 25 min - Accessible by bus (50-55 min - €2.10/person/trip): Take bus no. 32 (Transdev) which leaves from Tournan-en-Brie station, towards "Gare de Val d'Europe" and get off at the "Gare de Val d'Europe" terminus then walk about 10 minutes to the entrance of DISNEYLAND PARK. - Accessible by train (1 hr 15 min - €5/person/trip): Take the RER E towards Haussmann Saint-Lazare to "Val de Fontenay" then take the RER A towards "Marne-la-Vallée -Chessy" and get off at the "Marne-la-Vallée -Chessy" terminus (Main entrance to DISNEYLAND PARK) - Accessible by bus + train (1 hr - €4.25/person/trip): Take bus No. 32 (Transdev) which leaves from Tournan-en-Brie station, towards "Gare de Val d'Europe" and get off at the "Gare de Val d'Europe" terminal then take the RER A towards "Marne-la-Vallée-Chessy" and get off at the "Marne-la Vallée-Chessy" terminal (Main entrance to DISNEYLAND PARK) ACCESS You will have access to the entire home and its garden except the attic on the 1st floor and a storage room in the basement. NOTE: This accommodation is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound) and warns the host if the noise becomes too loud. The accommodation is equipped with sound level meters installed only on the external parts of the accommodation in order to anticipate any overflows that may cause noise pollution to the neighborhood.
