This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Leave your worries behind as you step onto the deck overlooking the rushing creek. This peaceful retreat has it all! Spend your nights by the campfire roasting s'mores or relax in the hot tub and watch your favorite movie on the outdoor tv. Enjoy the friendly farm animals that will happily come up to the fence for you to pet them ! Don't forget to snap a selfie with the Big Foot by the firewood! The space Relax in this newly updated RV with all the amenities you will need for a great glamping experience! Private deck overlooking the creek, large hot tub with outdoor tv ,hammock swing chairs, fire pit with fire wood provided ,corn hole boards and large Big Foot to take selfies with! We have farm fresh eggs that we can provide if requested. We gather them daily and would love to share them with you! We have some very friendly farm animals that love attention. We just ask you only feed them the pet food that we leave for you . We also have some friendly barn cats that come around. If you are allergic to cats please let us know and we will do our best to keep them in the barn during your stay. We love all animals and the only reason we don't allow pets is due to our donkeys. They aren't fond of dogs so it wouldn't be safe for your fur baby. They love people though so feel free to pet them if they come up to the fence. We have a fully stocked kitchen. If you have any questions or need something specific let us know and we will try to accommodate you. We provide snacks ,water and coffee . The refrigerator does not have a ice maker. We will provide a couple trays of ice in the freezer. The RV is equipped with smart tvs in the family room and the bedroom. There is also one above the hot tub. All you have to do is log into your favorite streaming service. If you don't have any we do provide Hulu tv and Disney Plus. High speed internet is also provided. Sign on info will be in your welcome book. Guest access Private gate access to the RV. We will have the gate open the day you arrive. We have a keyless entry lock on the door. We will text you the code the day of your arrival. We like to give you complete privacy. We do live across the street but the only time we will come in the pasture is in the afternoon to feed the animals. If you have any questions for us feel free to ask ! We would love to answer any questions about the animals or town but ,we do respect your privacy and will stay out of your way. Other things to note We do have a RV toilet that operates a little different than a normal toilet. If you have never stayed in a RV we will send you a quick video explaining how it works. We are hooked up to a septic tank though so it functions as a normal septic system toilet. The hot water works great but with the RV it will run out faster than a normal hot water tank. 10 -15 minute showers per person are fine. Past that you may run out of hot water. It usually takes about 30 minutes for the hot water to heat back up. We run through a checklist to make sure everything is working before you arrive. If you find anything not working properly we will gladly take care of it immediately. The accommodations are for two adults. There is a $25 dollar guest fee for each additional guest up to two guest. There is a couch that folds down and you can make it into a bed. The couch is smaller than a double bed. Sheets and blankets are provided .Please let us know if additional guest will be staying so we can make sure you have enough linens and towels.
