Your stay will be cozy and comfortable. Beautiful Mountain View’s can be seen from the gigantic front windows and wrap around porch. Watch the sunrise in the morning from the master bedroom. Drive your ATV’s straight from the house to the trails. Other nearby activities include skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, site seeing, shopping etc. also enjoy some great and unique restaurants, bars and brewery’s. *We are real people who manage this home with a team of locals to help us out, we take extreme pride is this house as it is also our vacation home.* -Our cozy home offers everything you need to enjoy your getaway from everyday life. Each guest will receive their own unique access code for the smart lock to enter the home. -Three bedrooms all with comfortable mattresses and linens as well as a smart tv so guests can login into your favorite streaming apps. (Master has a king bed and the others have queen beds). An air mattress is also available if needed. -The living room is spacious with a cozy couch and chair as well as a smart tv for streaming. This room opens up to a reading nook (adult and children's books provided) with a bar top and stools for extra seating. -Enjoy the view from the big open windows at the front of the house with sliders that open up to a wrap around deck (this is where I like to enjoy my morning coffee). -The huge kitchen has all the essentials you need to cook and enjoy a meal, just stop at the grocery store on your way over (Walmart is 10 minutes from the house). We also provide some basic seasonings and cooking oil as well as coffee,tea, hot cocoa, sugar and cream. -Relax on one of the reclining chairs in the backt room, play a game of chess, cards, jenga, monopoly etc. (I'm always adding). -Washer and dryer are available for use and a small detergent and softener is provided. -Security cameras on outside only facing garage and driveway. *Jericho Mountain State Park, riding trails, swimming, fishing hiking etc *Wildcat Mountain 16 miles *Bretton woods 34 miles *Mt. It is legal to drive your ATV’s/Snowmobiles on the street to the trails. May need 4 wheel drive in inclement weather to get into driveway. No on street parking when there is snow. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. $500 fee if smoking occurs in the house, $100 fee for each cigarette butt found outside on property. No parties. Additional fees apply for any damage in or on property.
