Macoca Tamandaré APT 01

Relax with the whole family in this cozy and quiet accommodation 150 meters from the sea. The apartment accommodates up to 5 people. It has 2 bedrooms (1 suite). The rooms are air-conditioned. Each room has a double bed, and an extra mattress can be placed. There is a sofa bed in the living room with a smart TV and fan. Compact kitchen equipped with utensils plus balcony, Wi-Fi, shower, barbecue, private parking, camera system on the outside and alarm. Guest access To check in, there will be a person waiting for the guest (usually me, the host, or my secretary) at the previously agreed time to deliver and receive the keys. In addition to the apartment, the guest will have access to the parking lot (1 car per apartment) and the common area of the flat (shower, barbecue). Other things to note WE CHARGE ELECTRICITY FEE. The apartment has an individual power meter. At the beginning of the stay (check-in), a photo of the meter reading is taken, and at the end (check-out) as well, to measure consumption. Consumption is multiplied by the kwh value on the current month's energy bill and the amount to be paid is defined. Payment is made at the end of the stay, upon delivery of the keys, and can be made by pix or credit/debit card.
