Coast By One Mile is a new two bedroom private unit located on the southern end of One Mile Beach on Stephen Street. Burgess Beach is also a short stroll. This particular property has been recently renovated and includes all the luxury fittings and fixtures you need to enjoy a perfect stay by the beach. It is a self-contained private two bedroom unit which includes a bathroom, loungeroom, outdoor dining area and laundry facilities. The owner lives on the top level. One Mile Beach, Cape Hawke Surf Club & Boston Brewing Co (Kiosk) are located a short 5 minute stroll. Burgess Beach is a 10 minute walk to beach access. The local shopping centre is a 3 minute drive which includes Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, Bunnings and Bakers Delight plus cafes, clothing stores and pharmacies. The Fairways located behind the Golf Course is also a short drive with a local cafe, pharmacy and gift shop. Guest access The lower level unit is all yours to enjoy. This has a private entrance.
