In the en-suite with a balcony, we can accommodate 4 people, with a double bed + a bunk bed; In the other suite for 2 people, we have 1 queen size bed with a desk; IMPORTANT: If the reservation is for only 1 couple, or up to 4 people, only the suite that accommodates the number of people will be open for use. Pets are not allowed. In the living room we have 2 environments, as follows: - living room with sofa bed, SmartTV and games, - dining room, with table and 4 chairs; In the kitchen, we have a gas stove, electric and gas oven, microwave, refrigerator, blender, pots, dishes, cutlery, glasses and kitchen utensils; In the yard, we have a swimming pool, barbecue grill, barbecue grill support sink, table with 4 chairs and built-in umbrella, washing machine, clothesline and tank; Garage for 1 car; For your convenience, we provide a bed sheet, pillow, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap (bath and hands), toilet paper, hair dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner, all for your exclusive use during your stay on the premises; We also have an electric repellent that, for your safety, must be removed from the outlet after use and left in the house. To smoke, we ask that you go to the outside of the condominium. Other things to note In order for us to accommodate all guests well, it is not allowed to exceed 8 people (including children) It is STRICTLY forbidden to smoke cigarettes and any other substance on the premises of the house and condominium. We are very happy when our guests like our amenities and kindly ask that you not take them as a souvenir of your stay! The outlets are 110v We have 1 220v socket in the barbecue area Parking space for *01* car that must be parked at 90 degrees – in case of non-compliance, a fine determined by the condominium may be applied Exclusive pool and barbecue area of the house The POOL will only be heated upon prior additional payment of R$250/day. If you want this service, please contact us at least 24 hours before check-in. The maximum temperature is 30º (thirty degrees) The pool is 3.0x2.0 wide and 1.40 deep We kindly ask that: - the air-conditioning be turned off if there are no people in the environment; - clean the grill after use. If you prefer, the additional cleaning fee for the barbecue area is R$ 50 and R$ 50 for the dishes. Distance: 850 meters from the sea Approximately 10 minutes on foot All our furniture is new, as is the residence. We ask that you check and please let us know if something is damaged. Parties and guests are PROHIBITED during the stay. Only registered persons are allowed to circulate in the condominium. To ensure tranquility, quiet hours are in effect from 10 p.m. until 9 a.m. the next day, and we kindly ask that good coexistence be respected, keeping the sound level limited to your personal use. For everyone's safety, after booking, a document will be sent by WhatsApp to authorize circulation in the condominium during the reserved period, which must be completed and returned with a copy of a photo document of all guests within 48 hours after booking. Refusal to supply will result in the cancellation of the reservation. The key and alarm will be delivered to the site. A one-night fee will be charged in case of loss of keys and two nights in case of loss of alarm control.
