The space This charming hillside boutique cottage features two unique bedroom styles for your selection, the downstairs Burroughs Boho Room (bohemian chic) and the upstairs Jane Austen Countryside Room (think quaint Irish b&b charm!). With beautiful high ceilings through the main common areas, this cottage boasts a bounty of natural light flooding through the windows, a full kitchen with all amenities, two televisions with smart TV access, two queen sized beds as well as two convertible sleeper sofa couches, plus a cozy book nook loft for you to curl up with any of our classic reads or family game night board games. Once outside, you’ll have access to your own private patio area for that tranquil morning cup of coffee or that evening mealtime soirée, plus a little stylish bistro seating right outside your front door. You’re free any time to roam up the path to our hilltop hideaway plateau, with fruit trees, a veggie garden and views across the mountains and valley, as well as the local freeway! You’ll hear the rumbling of the freeway and Ventura Bl traffic down below, reminding you that you’re in busy Los Angeles, all the while being tucked up in your 2/3 acreage feeling like you’re a million miles away. Come and experience the best of Los Angeles at The Tarzana Treehouse - easy access to all city life, cafes, bars, restaurants, nightlife and stores steps away through your own pedestrian tunnel to Ventura Boulevard, all while feeling like you’re in the quaint remoteness of a stylish hillside home. The city life awaits you through one side of the tunnel, while you just might see friendly neighbors riding their horses or walking their goats on the other side! The Tarzana Treehouse also features its own driveway access with locked gate, and plenty of free parking on the premises as well as the street. You’ll love being so close to everything fun a city like Los Angeles has to offer, plus parks and hiking trails, mountains, right next to 101 freeway for easy access, and minutes away from public transport.
