Hamamatsu &Lake Hamana Stay

Hosts live in the house. One room for 1 or 2 persons. Two rooms for 3 or more people. Very convenient place near AEON shopping mall and Drugstore. JR Maisaka station(1.8 km). I will come to the station to pick up if you request. AEON shopping mall (1.4km) Drugstore (300m) Grocery shop (400m) A bath and a small towels are prepared for each person. Check-in time(please ask if you have requests) Weekdays(Mon-Fri): From 19:00 Weekends(Sat-Sun): From 17:00 The space The bed rooms are not big but you can use living room. We can also arrange for remote work. If one person stay for long time(like one week or more), we can prepare remote work place. We will prepare a TV in the guest room. Please feel free to use the living room. If you want to use the kitchen, please ask the host. We ask you what time you want to use bathroom and kitche daily bases. We will avoid the time and use kitchen and bath. A fridge is in the room but it doesn't include the freezer. If you want to use freezer, please feel free to use the fridge in the living room. Only one bed room has a TV and a fridge. The second bedroom doesn't have these. If you want to use washing machine, please ask to the host. There is detergent. There is not drying machine. However, there is a dehumidifier. If you wash your clothes at night, the clothes can be dry in the morning. (Drying time is about 4 to 6 hours. Depending on the amount and type of the clothes, it takes more.) Guest access Hosts live in the house. The guests don't need to get the key in advance. I just want to ask you only gas fee. It must be much cheaper than taxi or rental car. I can be free only weekends. I like to chat with guests from all over the world. If you want, you can have a small party with me. I have traveled about 20 countries and have accepted a lot of guests. We can enjoy chatting about the experience each other. Other things to note Cleaning robot work in the living room at night. If you are sensitive for the noise during sleeping, we can deactivate the robot. Please feel free to tell us. There are not razor nor toothbrush. Please prepare by yourself. There is a drug store which opens until midnight. Parking space is in front of the house. One is free.
