Experience special moments in this green oasis! The UTHOLM apartment is located in the large thatched house. From there you have a wonderful view of the countryside. What makes this enchanting place special is the magnificent garden. Enchanted paths lead you past a biotope to a huge meadow overlooking the grazing sheep. The space Apartment UTHOLM is located on the 1st upper floor. It is lovingly furnished and has 2 bedrooms (1 children's room with two single beds and 1 bedroom with double bed). From the cozy living/dining area you have a magnificent view into the garden. The sofa bed in the open living area can be pulled out, so that one more person can sleep here if necessary. The small kitchen is fully equipped. Once around the thatched roof house and you stand in the middle of the sea of flowers, our garden. There are numerous furnished terraces and benches to have breakfast or linger outside. Children's toys are ready. Fireplace, pizza oven and gas grill incl. Hot plate make it possible to prepare food outside in good weather. A gas bottle is available free of charge. Firewood is not in stock, but can be obtained nearby. In the evening you sit by the warm fire and look into the distance while your children slumber peacefully. In the garden is the sauna, which is available to all our guests. Guest access Larger groups booking three or four apartments with us have access to the KLÖNSTUBE, a large common room with fully equipped kitchen, long dining table, games corner with shop & play kitchen and fireplace. You have access to the laundry room, where the washing machine, dryer, ironing board/iron and various cleaning utensils are available for you. There you will also find pads for the loungers and seat cushions/blankets for outside. Garden and sauna are accessible to all guests. The pond in the garden is fenced and only accessible via the jetty. Thus, infants (non-swimmers) can move freely in the garden. Other things to note There is a final cleaning fee of €100 per apartment. This is already included in the price. Our cleaning company offers a linen package (bed linen, linen, large towel, small towel) for €22/person. Of course, the beds will then also be made for you. Alternatively, you can bring bed linens and towels. Please indicate when booking whether and if so, how many laundry packages are required.
