Here, we wake up without stress, we take our time, we breathe. Perfect for a stay for a couple, a small family or just to take a break from the pace. Everything is ready so you don't have to think about anything. The space Welcome to our 1720 house, a small cocoon nestled in the heart of the historic center of Bessières. We have carefully renovated it so that it remains true to its essence: a place where you can rest and feel good immediately. The charm of the old is very present — soft light, natural materials, warm atmosphere — with all the modern comforts for a pleasant stay: reversible air conditioning, high-speed fiber, television. Linens and towels are included. Tea and coffee pods are available. Baby equipment available: baby bed, highchair, changing table, safety barrier, games room. Small, clean dogs that are used to living indoors are welcome 🐾 The home has three floors: On the ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen. You can cook and eat your meals as if you were at home. On the 1st floor: A cozy living room to relax, as well as a bathroom with bathtub to take your time. The comfortable sofa bed (160×200) can accommodate up to 4 guests, without compromising on comfort. On the 2nd Floor The master bedroom, equipped with a king size bed (180 × 200) for truly relaxing nights. You're coming, you're all set. All you have to do is put your bags down. The house is located in the historic center, on a quiet street, with all the shops within walking distance. Nearby: Toulouse, Albi, Gaillac and its vineyards, the Château de Conques. An ideal base from which to discover Occitania. Guest access You have access to the whole house, spread over three floors. Self check-in with a lockbox. Free and easy street parking or nearby. Other things to note 📸 This place was designed, decorated and furnished by me as part of my activity as a photographer. When it is booked, it is entirely dedicated to your stay: you are alone in the house, I do not work there. For those who wish, a photo shoot can be offered as an option during the stay (in the studio or outdoors). Please contact me in advance if you are interested in this option. 🐾 Small dogs that are clean and used to living indoors are welcome, provided: – not to be left alone in the accommodation, – not to climb on beds or sofas. A blanket is provided for their comfort. 🔒 Essential Rules – No commercial use: the accommodation cannot be used for shoots, filming, content creation or professional photo shoots. – The accommodation is not accessible to photographers or creators wishing to use it as a place of work. -No parties or events. – Tourist, family or personal use only.
