Canggu 2Plex, a property managed by Canggu Property Management, is a 12 units loft complex in North Canggu. Each loft features its own entrance with one kitchen, 2 units AC, bathroom with shower, and living room on the ground level. On the mezzanine, there is the bedroom with a 180x200cm bed with 5 stars linens and pillows. A cute little private garden with a plunge pool is located at the back. The sliding doors to get into the garden can be fully opened or closed according to your mood. The space Each loft features : - Its own bathroom with an Italian shower and a hairdryer - Fully equipped kitchen, two fire stoves, a fridge and freezer, a microwave, coffee machine. - Living room area with sofa and dining table for 2 persons, which can also be used as a working desk. - King size bed 180x200 is located on the mezzanine upstairs with a wardrobe, and safety box. - Lots of natural lights due to its massive sliding doors and windows upstairs and downstairs - Private little cute garden and plunge pool - Wifi up to 200 Mbps This specific loft has the following add-on : - Larger mezzanine with working desk - additional windows with more natural light - 2 airconditioner (one on each floor) - Larger sofa - Wood decking in the garden Each loft has sliding windows overlooking the garden that can be fully opened or closed. "Canggu 2Plex" is located North of Canggu, 4 min drive from the beginning of Batu Bolong street. A motorbike or using online transportation services is adviced in order to move around. Additional Notes : There is ongoing construction nearby, which may cause some noise during the day. Work is scheduled to finish no later than 5:00 PM. Guest access Parking is available on the premises for free but can accommodate only motorbikes or scooters. Cars can access the property but can't park. Other things to note Please note that the provided pictures may not be up to date, as there are ongoing constructions in the vicinity that may affect the view.* For a stay shorter than 28 nights, we do include : - Electricity - Cleaning every 2 days - Change linens on request (up to twice a week) - Drinkable water - Gas for kitchen - Shampoo and soap - Pool and garden maintenance - Fast speed wifi - A security guard at night Not inclusive of personal laundry Kindly be aware that there is ongoing construction in the vicinity of the property, which may result in noise disturbances during daytime hours. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. HOUSE RULES - Check-in/out: Check-in is at 2 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. If you arrive early or need a late departure, feel free to drop off your luggage between 9 AM and 3 PM – our team will be more than happy to assist you! - Occupancy: Our cozy spaces accommodate 2 people for a one-bedroom unit, 4 people for a two-bedroom unit, and 6 people for a three-bedroom unit. Extra person will be required an extra bed with an additional charge of IDR 500.000 net per night - Security Deposit: We kindly request a refundable security of IDR 1.000.000 deposit before your stay to cover any potential damages. You'll get this back on your check-out date. - Pets and Durian: As much as we love pets and durians, our property isn’t suitable for them. IDR 1.000.000 will be charged for any violation. Thank you for understanding! - Quiet Hours: To keep the peace, please keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM. - Prohibited Items: We have a strict no-drug policy. - No Smoking: Our property is smoke-free. A deep cleaning fee of IDR 1 million will be charged for any violations. - No Parties/Events: We kindly ask that you don’t host parties or events. - Electricity: For stays under 28 nights, electricity is included. For longer stays, electricity is not included. Please contact our team for top-up assistance. - Belongings: Please use the safety box for your valuables. We’re not responsible for any missing items, so better safe than sorry! - Children Policy: We welcome children under 12 years old to stay with their parents at no extra charge when sharing a bed. For children 12 years and older, please arrange for an extra bed in advance. As our property features a mezzanine-style layout with bedrooms upstairs, we kindly ask you to keep an extra eye on your kids for their safety during your stay. While we strive to maintain a safe environment, we want to ensure everyone's well-being. If any accidents occur, kindly note that they will be beyond our control.
