My one bedroom condo has 24hr security, an in-building pay laundry service and several convenience stores within a short walking distance. We know you'll find the condo very convenient. Other things to note Please be advised that parking is NOT provided with the unit. However, there is street parking available on one side of the street on a first-come-first-serve basis, and pay lots can be found within walking distance from the building. We are pleased to offer complimentary cleaning service once during a 4-night stay, and twice a week for longer stays to ensure your utmost comfort. Please note that there is NO washer and dryer in the unit. However, you can conveniently use the Labadab wash and fold service located in the building to take care of your laundry needs for a reasonable fee. Kindly be informed that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. You are, however, welcome to indulge in smoking on the balcony. Are you celebrating a special occasion?
