Bus 6A (3 min.) to the city center, 20-25 min. Note: Ceiling height 190 cm. The space The part of the apartment you have access to is in the basement. It is a dry, warm and good basement with relatively good ceiling height. There is a separate entrance. However, I have a small studio in the first part of the basement, which is located just opposite the entrance to the basement, which I use for storage – so sometimes I pick up and drop off things. You have a bedroom, bathroom and mini-kitchen to yourselves. However, I regularly keep an eye on the kitchen and bathroom by appointment or primarily between 9 am and 11 am on weekdays. (Extra cleaning by appointment). I recommend that you are no taller than 189 cm. Guest access You have access to the basement. You get a set of keys, one for the front door (this fits all exterior doors as well as laundry) and one for the door to my basement. The door to your private room can be locked (from the inside/outside). I will welcome you. (I live right above the apartment myself if any questions arise.)
