The space The apartment is on the 3rd floor /no elevator/, fully furnished with Wifi and 2 balconies, and includes: - a living area with 60” flat screen TV, Netflix, a dedicated work space, and sofa (3 and 2 seaters); - spacious one-bedroom with queen size bed, additional foldable mattress (150x190cm) and large wardrobe; - a well-equipped kitchen and dining area with refrigerator, oven, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker, and everything you need for cooking; - a bathroom with a walk-in shower and fully automatic washing machine, and hair dryer; - amenities, such as towels, linens, toiletries, and tea coffee; - iron, ironing board, drying rack, fan, and air purifier. We offer reliable airport pick up and drop offs at your request. The one-way fee for 2 people from/to the airport is 30USD, and for up to 3 people is 40USD. Guest access The place is all yours and make you feel at home. Other things to note 1. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Please use the balcony. 2. Local IPTV Univision is HDMI1. 3. Sometimes, there is a hot water shortage in Ulaanbaatar due to maintenance, which is common. You can use the boiler only in case of hot water absence.
