The beach at Barrier Dunes is unequivocally one of the best beaches in the world. The white sugar sand and emerald green water is unmatched. You will have access to two pools (including the gulf front pool), tennis courts and playground. This quite little community is located across from St. Joseph Peninsula State Park and is a short drive from Port St. Joe and Apalachicola where you will find wonderful shopping and dining districts. The beach is a two minute walk, where you will find the clubhouse, seaside pool and the cool white sand beaches that are unique and not overly populated. At St. Joseph State Park, one can enjoy wildlife, hiking, biking, or water activities-it even hosts a marina to launch a boat. If you are looking to golf, the St. Joseph's Bay Country Club is just minutes away. The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance you will need for your vacation, from dishwasher to ice maker! There is free WiFi. A washer and dryer are located in the laundry room, and the living room has a assortment of movies, books and puzzles. Outside, this townhouse sports 2 balconies, with seating, and a deck with a gas grill, table and seating. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Other things to note Well behaved dogs are welcome. Just a reminder to all guests traveling with their dogs that there is an additional $125 fee per dog. Be sure to select the pet option during the booking process. If it was not slected initially when the reservation is made, plans change and dogs are accompanying you during your stay, it will be added via an amended reservation after booking.
