The space The farmhouse consists of 2 INDEPENDENT AND SEPARATELY RENTED apartments, each equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning, each with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom: - Girasole a kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. In the kitchen we have a comfortable sofa bed with an orthopedic mattress that, if necessary, can become a comfortable double bed. The property's swimming pool and jacuzzi are shared by the two apartments. The property has about 7 hectares of land, with olive grove, vineyard, orchard and pasture for our two mares Sissi and Luna. - Papavero kitchen, large double bedroom, twin bedroom, two bathrooms. In the kitchen we have a comfortable sofa that, if necessary, can transform into a double bed. Each apartment has access to its own private green space where you can prepare excellent grilled food on the barbecue and have lunch or dinner in the shade of the pergolas at your exclusive disposal. Adjacent to the house is the private covered parking, the laundry room and the swimming pool (10*5 m) surrounded by a frame of roses and olive trees.
