This is a newly renovated apartment located in a high-end community Astoria. I will be present as a host during the guest's stay. Both rooms have been remodeled with new carpets , brand new stainless steel appliances, washer & dryer, fresh paint, and much more! This place is very close to the city, trains stations, restaurants/bars. The laundry is in the building, and there is a shared kitchen/living room. Our neighborhood is pretty quiet and respectful! The space Private room with private bathroom, including a king size bed and closets. The kitchen and living room is shared. The key-locks are not allowed. The rooms should not be locked while guest’s stay. The rooms do not have keys. Guest access The guests will have access to kitchen, bathroom, living room , backyard, and laundry room. During your stay I will be available during guest’s stay. Other things to note Parties are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. Booked guests are the only ones permitted to stay over at the location. No pets. The locksmith/lost keys cost up to $300. It is not covered during your stay.
