It does not include upper level or outdoor however there are some phenomenal parks and walking trials nearby we recommend that are geared towards any age group. Other things to note Please note there are no windows in the Theater Room/2nd Sleeping Room. Please note the backyard backs up to a small lake w/ a fountain for those with children. There is no fence on the property. There are smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors as well as fire extinguisher. We have many items available for families w/ kids of various ages: step stools, baby gates, highchair, Pac n Play, plastic dinnerware, games, books, toys, play rug, nightlights, first aid kit, and fun items (i.e. Christmas lights so they can "decorate" and feel cozy in their space.)
