Only 15 minutes from downtown Joshua Tree and only a 20 minute drive to the the North Entrance to Joshua Tree National Park and 25 minutes from Pioneer Town This beautiful cabin has exposed beams, a piano, and a wood stove, newly renovated indoor bathroom with rain shower There is a dirt road leading to the cabin about a mile, can be a bit bumpy but just letting guest know, a truck or SUV or car that doesn't have really low ground clearance is recommended due to soft sand in some areas of the road Wild West out here snakes, bugs, coyotes, owls, kangaroo rats and other critters may be seen!. Don't be surprised to see some of these desert dwellers during your stay in this remote landscape. Generally, if you leave them alone, they leave you alone but to avoid unwanted contact please remember to keep doors closed. A queen size bed and a full size air mattress and sofa sleeper that fold out to a full size bed for an additional guest. Other things to note To get to the cabin, it will require you to drive 1 mile on a dirt road. On normal days, all types of cars can get to the cabin. When it rains (Jan-May), the road can get muddy. We do not want you to get stuck.   SEPTIC SYSTEM To help us maintain our septic system, we kindly request that guests refrain from disposing of anything other than toilet paper in the toilet, and avoid putting any food, coffee grinds, oil or other items down the kitchen sink drain. This will help prevent any issues with the plumbing and ensure that our system runs smoothly throughout your stay.
