Private Bedroom + Bath in our Bright & Sunny Home!

This listing is for a private bedroom + bath in our home, NOT for the entire home. We live here full-time. Enjoy easy access to everything from our perfectly located home in popular Royal Oak! Adorable 1953 ranch in an excellent neighborhood of Royal Oak. The queen bedroom is on main floor, and the full bath in the basement is for your private use. We live here, so the main floor bathroom is shared; along with the rest of the house. We love it here and would love to share our place with you! The space Listing is for a private bedroom and bathroom in our home, where we live. Fully furnished and decorated.; includes everything you need for day-to day-living. The front door has a Yale keypad lock. You will have your own code, exclusive to you. All floors on main floor are wood, except for the bathroom which has ceramic tile. The living room has a rug. There are TV’s in the living room, basement, and your private bedroom. We do not have cable, but we do have Roku and antennas on all TV's The home is NOT baby proofed and has unprotected stairs, so would be good for infants but not toddlers. Guest access Guests have their own private bedroom on the main floor. A full bathroom in the basement is reserved for your private use. The rest of the house, including the main floor bathroom, is shared with us. During your stay We respect the wishes of our guests, and accommodate their preferences for interaction. We are sociable, but will give you as much privacy and space as you like while you are here. Other things to note At times we can accommodate an earlier/later check-in or a later check-out, depending on circumstances. Please check with us in advance to request if needed. Out of respect for us, as well as future guests who have chemical allergies or are scent sensitive, we attempt to be as fragrance free and unscented as possible. We use unscented clothes soap, provide unscented shower soap and body lotion, and do not use any perfumes, plug-ins or other air fresheners or scented products (such as Febreeze, etc.) We ask guests to do the same while they are here. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pet allergies, as a cat lives here when we are here. Non-smokers/non-vapers only please (no smoking inside OR outside).
