Minimum 5 nights booking during summer with check-in Sunday or Monday only. The house has four bedrooms including master suite and three and a half bathrooms and three extra beds. We also have a crib and a high chair for the little ones! Kitchen with dining area is equipped with stainless steel appliances. The living room is also on the main floor. The basement has ping pong table, a foosball table and an Xbox with games included. The backyard features a patio with a gas grill, a fire pit. PLEASE NOTE: Lake Michigan water levels are at record highs and beach conditions may change quickly due to uncontrollable natural factors. While we strive to provide accurate photos and information about the lakefront, beaches and access; these conditions changes almost daily. Actual conditions of the beach may be different from photos or descriptions on this listing. Always ask about beach and stairs conditions. The property owner assumes no financial responsibility resulting from loss of use of beach or accessibility to Lake Michigan. One extra bed is in the basement as a pull out couch. Two extra double beds are in the living room as a two separate pull out couches. Please note summer reservations in June, July and August are between Sunday and Saturday, minimum 5 nights with check-in Sunday or Monday only. Reservation during the rest of the year are between Monday and Sunday, minimum 3 nights with check in Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday only.
